You do not need any specialized software to participate in online lessons. With the help of an individual link, which you will receive in the confirmation e-mail, you will be automatically connected to the teacher.

Yes, you can do it up to 24 hours before it starts.

Yes. However, please contact the teacher to check the availability of places in the given group at particular hours.

Individual and Group classes at Grouplex starts at 8 till 20.

Individual and group classes duration - 55 minutes.

Yes, it is possible, but only after completing the monthly course. In this matter, please contact the Customer Service.

Each lesson package is available to be used within 30 days after the purchase.

From the moment you buy the package, you have 14 days to start classes.

At the beginning of cooperation, the teacher adjusts the days and hours of classes to the student's availability. The timetable remains fixed until the change in availability is reported.

Resignation is possible after using the purchased package of classes. There is no way to finish, for example, after the third lesson.

Everything takes place online - you could begin or finish the cooperation with Grouplex whenever you want or need to.
